See page 95 of the program booklet section about business meetings - [https://www.uua.org/files/2025-05/2025_General_Assembly_Final_Agenda.pdf] - titled "Consent Agenda-Bylaws Amendment: Technical Revisions and Clean-up, why does that section start with line 79, not line 1? Subheads say it starts with Article 3, not Article 1. Is there a reason that Articles 1 and 2 aren’t mentioned, or is there missing copy? Thanks. Linnea Lose, First Unitarian Church of Cincinnati.

The line numbers are the current line numbers for the bylaws and rules. There are no technical revisions to Articles I and II, so we started on the page where the first change occurs.
