What is your suggestion or idea?
Return to the June 2022 Article II language stating: ““We covenant to care for and respect the earth and all beings by fostering relationships of mutuality.””
What is the reason for your amendment idea?
We have the highest regard for young humans, and if so many species have the intelligence of a 3 to 5+ year human, why would we not include the strongest positive language in Article II supporting all beings. We observe that while the most intelligent animals may generally have the intelligence of younger humans, many animals demonstrate greater care for their young than do many humans when parenting human young. There are instances of animals caring for lost or abandoned young humans.
