I have been involved in a local UU congregation since September 2023. I have not formalized my membership due to wanting to get to know the community and tradition more before committing. I have a relationship with pagan traditions, especially Reclaiming (think Starhawk, witchcamps). I was raised eclectic Christian: my mom believed in both Heaven and reincarnation, so I wasn’t quite sure if my Grandma was in the clouds or the stray dog we picked up. Maybe both?

My passion is communication and conflict disentanglement. I take a biopsychosocial approach informed by Nonviolent Communication (NVC), consensus decision-making, neuroscience, and beyond.
