LeilaniDavenberry

I’m Leilani; I use she/her pronouns. I live and work in South Seattle/Burien on the occupied lands of the Coastal Salish specifically the Duwamish People and Muckleshoot People who are still here. I’m middle aged, disabled BIPOC queer cis femme. I have been taking ASL classes with Deaf instructors for 3 years to grow in my inclusivity as a person, in my queer community, in my faith community and with my work clients. For purposes of this forum, my access needs are met (I just take breaks and get up and move around.)

I’m a delegate and member of Westside UU and a member of CLF, EqUUal Access and the MountainTop BIPOC virtual UU community. I am the RE Equity, Inclusion and Creativity Advocate at my home congregation Westside UU and I host a BIPOC UU monthly coffee hour 1st Sundays of the month at noon Pacific Time and lead/facilitate a biweekly BIPOC meditation hour on Mondays at 5 pm PT on zoom for more info check us out in group listings with DRUUMM or on the DRUUMM facebook or Slack space.
