I am a large cis-gendered protestant-heritage hetero male in my early 60’s. I look like my Irish and German ancestors. I try to have a haircut that says, “Not a hard-ass.” The cultural biases that encourage people like me to think we are more entitled to speak than other people are probably made a little worse in me by my small neurodivergence. Anytime I am going on too long in a meeting, please look me in the eye and put your hand over your mouth to help me recognize I should stop.
